Shân Warnock-Smith QC is an adviser and a litigator in the whole range of trust and estates matters. She is ranked among the leading English Silks in trusts and estates and her extensive practice embraces both the UK and the other trust jurisdictions. She has a particular interest in wealth structuring for international families from both the advisory and litigation standpoints.

Anthony chairs Baker & McKenzie's market leading Trust Disputes group. He specialises in Trust and Private Wealth related litigation and has substantial experience of international trust based disputes. In connection with such disputes, he acts variously for trustees, beneficiaries and interested third parties such as creditors, exchange control authorities and overseas government agencies. Anthony is also well known for handling matters involving fraud and asset tracing. He is a member of ACTAPS and is a regular speaker at conferences in Europe and throughout the offshore world.
