FFP
FFP is based in the Cayman Islands and BVI. We only work in difficult and contentious situations. We will act as replacement trustees in litigious matters allowing the incumbent trustees to retire gracefully or be removed from what are commercially difficult situations.  We also act as directors or general partners within trust structures and provide registered agents services as well. Typically, situations involve disputes between beneficiaries or between beneficiaries and trustees. Frequently there are business crime issues and external interest in the form of law enforcement or regulatory investigations or prosecutions. FFP’s team has a varied background ranging from trusts, forensic investigations, insolvency, legal and corporate services.

Serle Court offers genuine expertise across a broad range of chancery and commercial disciplines, a fact reflected in its unusually high level of recommendations in the leading professional directories, and that of its 66 members (including 25 silks). Offshore business makes up a considerable proportion of chambers' workload - much of it international trust litigation.
